Supervisory Training


Smith Management has the ability to collaboratively design supervisory training that assists leadership (Front Line, Mid-Managers, Executives) in developing skills needed to lead with effectiveness and efficiency. Employees will be led through individual and group assessment, large and small group discussion, team building activities and have experienced guest speakers on designated topics to expound upon their experiences.
